Questions owners ask
Is it really free?
Yes, listing is free: claiming your place, your listings, click-outs to your site, enquiries by webhook or API, the dashboard and support. There is no commission. Optional Premium (£19 a month or £190 a year, cancel any time) adds emailed enquiries, your photos and prices on your place page, a "Verified owner" badge, a labelled Featured slot and per-listing stats.
How do travellers reach us?
"Check availability" opens your own listing page, tagged with utm_source=campervanatlas so you can see the visits in your analytics. Enquiries are sent to your booking system by signed webhook, or you pull them from the API (both free); with Premium they are also emailed to you.
We have a large fleet. What is the fastest way to connect?
Send us a product feed (CSV, TSV, XML or JSON) and we fetch it daily, or let your developer use the Partner API: one call per vehicle, or 100 at a time. Small fleets can add vehicles in the dashboard instead.
Where do our vans appear?
On campervan, motorhome and caravan hire pages for the country, region and town of each pick-up point, on our map, and next to nearby campsites and aires.
Do you take bookings or payments?
Not from travellers, ever. Travellers click through to your own booking page, or send an enquiry that we forward to you. You take the booking and the payment, on your terms. The only thing we charge for is the optional Premium plan for owners.
How long does approval take?
We check every application by hand, usually within 3 working days. When you are approved you get an email with a link to your partner dashboard.
Can I pause or remove my listings?
Yes, at any time, from your dashboard or through the API. Paused listings disappear from the site straight away. Premium can be cancelled from the dashboard in two clicks.
